| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死并心房颤动的临床疗效与安全性。方法急性心肌梗死并心房颤动60例分两组,治疗组予以胺碘酮治疗(胺碘酮组),对照组予以普罗帕酮治疗(普罗帕酮组),观察24h内心房颤动转复率、转复后30d内窦性心律维持率及副作用。结果胺碘酮组转复率86.7%,转复后窦性心律维持率76.7%,普罗帕酮组转复率80.0%,转复后窦性心律维持率40%。结论胺碘酮治疗AMI并发AF临床疗效良好、安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with atrial fibrillation （AF）. Methods We selected 60 eases of AMI with AF and divided them into two groups： treatment group and control group,and the treatment group was treated with amiodarone and the control group,with propafenone. The cardioversion rate of AF within 24h,the sinus rhythm maintenance rate within 30 days after conversion and the side effects were observed . Results The conversion rate of the treatment group was 86.7%, and after conversion and the sinus rhythm maintenance rate was 76.7%. The conversion rate of the control group was 80.0%, and after conversion,the rhythm maintenance rate was 40%. Conclusion Amiodarone is effective and safe in the treatment of AMI with AF and it can be widely used. |
