摘    要:目的:设计基于HL7的HIS与RIS/PACS集成接口。方法:分析了HL7的消息格式,并结合医院现有的HIS与RIS/PACS数据交换过程,设计了基于HL7的HIS与RIS/PACS接口集成。结果:实现了HIS和RIS/PACS的HL7集成。结论:通过用HL7来做HIS与RIS/PACS间的集成,提高了医院的工作效率,并且使系统间的耦合度降低,使得可扩展性和可维护性都大大提高。

Abstract:Objective To design the integration interface between HIS and RIS/PACS based on HL7. Methods The interface was designed by analyzing the HL7 message format and considering the current integrated data exchange process of HIS and RIS/PACS. Results The HL7 integration between HIS and RIS/PACS was achieved. Conclusion By using HL7 to integrate HIS and RIS/PACS, working efficiency in hospitals has been improved with the coupling of systems reduced and the extensibility and maintainability greatly enhanced.
