| 摘 要： | 目的研究银川市市区老年人对社区医疗服务的满意状况及老年人的社区护理需求。方法采用问卷调查对4个社区内共1057名老人进行调查,内容包括个人一般情况、对社区医疗机构的满意状况及社区护理需求。结果银川市市区老年人中,有758人对社区医疗机构不满意（71.71%）。社区老年人对社区医疗的不满意主要表现在医疗设备简陋（41.25%）和药品品种少（33.02%）两个方面。在社区护理需求方面,社区老年人需求比较高的主要是老年慢性病预防宣教与护理（65.18%）、生病时护士上门护理（60.55%）和传染病预防知识宣教（59.41%）等。结论社区卫生服务机构在老年人聚居的小区,应以老年慢性病的预防宣教与护理、生病时护士上门护理和传染病预防知识宣教等为重点开展老年人的社区护理。
