| 摘 要： | 目的评价健康教育对社区儿童家长获取计划免疫知识的效果,为更好地开展儿童计划免疫工作提供科学依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,确定对照组和健康教育组。健康教育组采取发宣传小册子、电话咨询、讲座等多种形式的健康教育,并于健康教育后6个月进行效果评价。结果健康教育后社区儿童家长的计划免疫方面知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。健康教育组对预防接种的信心、对医护人员服务态度的满意度、健康教育达标率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论对社区儿童家长进行多种形式计划免疫相关知识的健康教育,可提高社区儿童家长对计划免疫相关知识的知晓率,促进形成主动接种的观念和行为。
