内窥镜下导丝引导置入十二指肠营养管的体会

目的　探讨食管癌和贲门癌术后发生不能经口进食的严重并发症时 ,建立无创伤肠内营养支持的有效方法途径。方法　总结分析l994年来对我院 3 3例食管癌和贲门癌手术后并发症 ,采用光导纤维胃镜下导丝引导置入十二指肠营养管。结果　 3 3例采用内镜下导丝引导置入营养管成功率 10 0 % ,平均操作时间 10分钟 ,无并发症发生。讨论　食管癌和贲门癌手术后因严重并发症发生不能经口进食时 ,经内镜下导丝引导置入十二指肠营养管 ,操作筒便、准确、可靠和快捷 ,无创伤、痛苦小、且安全 ,无并发症发生 ,特别适合处理外科手术后的危重病人 ,是建立肠内营养支持的良好方法。

The Experience of Duodenal Nutrition Duct Intubation Led by Conduct Wire through Endoscope

Objective To discuss the effective methods of enteral nutrition su pport in the cases of esophageal and cardia cancer with postoperative oral nutrition diffeculty.Methods By retrispectively analyzing the postoperative complications of 33 cases with esophageal and cardia cancer since 1994 nutrition duct led by conduct wire through endoscope.Results The successful rate was 100%,the acerage operative time was 10 minutes and no complication occurred.Conclusions The duodenal nutrition duct intubation is an easy,safe,traumaless,and conviente way to the cases of esophageal and cardia cancer with the postoperative complication of dysphagia.It is especially good to severe patients and a good way to establish enteral nutrition support.
