| 摘 要： | 报告1例反应性结节性增生。患者男，57岁。左手无名指结节3年，无自觉症状。给予手术切除治疗。组织病理检查：真皮内有大量交叉和波浪状排列的成纤维细胞和胶原纤维，其周围无包膜，与周围组织分界不明显；边缘血管周围可见少量单一核细胞浸润。

| Abstract: | A 57-year-old male with reactive nodular hyperplasia is reported. Three years ago a nodule was found on the left ring finger of the patient with no subjective symptom. The lesion was excised. Histopathologic examination showed that the dermis was rich in fibroblasts and collagen fibers arranged in wave-like and intersected, around which there was no capsule and no distinctive margin. A few mononuclear cells were observed around the blood vessels. |
