| 摘 要： | 目的探讨预见性护理对全脑血管造影术后并发症的影响。方法将320例行全脑血管造影术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，分别实行预见性护理和常规护理，观察两组患者低血压、穿刺部位出血、血肿、假性动脉瘤、下肢缺血等并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者并发症明显少于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论对全脑血管造影术后患者实施预见性护理，降低了致残率和并发症的发生，显著提高了治疗和护理的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore foresight nursing influence on digital subtraction angiography. Methods 320 cases of digital subtraction angiography in patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group respectively,observation group gave foresight nursing, control group gave routine care nursing,observed the incidence of complications in patients. Results The observation group had less complications, the difference in two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Foresight nursing for digital subtraction angiography can reduce morbidity and complications, improve the effect of the treatment and nursing. |
