电脑中频治疗联合鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎的效果观察

目的 观察电脑中频治疗联合鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎的效果.方法 选择2009年9月～2012年3月杭州师范大学附属萧山第一医院神经内科门诊及住院确诊周围性面神经炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例.治疗组在常规药物基础上辅以电脑中频治疗及鼠神经生长因子,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗,疗程均为28 d,观察两组治疗前后面瘫恢复情况.采用House-Brackmann分级标准评定治疗效果.结果 治疗14 d后,治疗组总有效率（75.0％）高于对照组（62.5％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗28 d后,治疗组总有效率（95％）依然高于对照组（80％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组及对照组均有一定比例轻度胃肠道不适患者,加服奥美拉唑口服后好转.治疗组主要不良反应为注射部位轻微疼痛.结论 神经生长因子在神经系统受损时,能减轻神经细胞受损程度,促进神经功能恢复.常规药物治疗基础上联合电脑中频治疗及鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎效果好,有效率高,副作用小.

Clinical observation of treatment with computer intermediate frequency and nerve growth factor in patients with facial neuritis

Objective To observe the curative effect of computer intermediate frequency combined with injectable mouse nerve growth factor on facial neuritis patients.Methods 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis from September 2009 to March 2012 in Xiaoshan First People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Hangzhou Normal University were selected randomly and divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine medicine treatment,patients in treatment group were treated with computer med-frequency and mouse nerve growth factor on bases of routine medicine treatment,both groups were treated for 28 days.The outcome was evaluation by House-Brackmann facial nerve grading system.Results The treatment group total effective rate （75.0％） was higher than the control group （62.5％） after 14 days,the differences were statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）; the treatment group total effective rate （95％） was higher than the control group （80％） after 28 days,the difference was statistically significant （P ＜ 0.05）.Mild gastrointestinal discomfort certain proportion in treatment group and control group were found,improvement was found when given the oral omeprazole.Treatment group mainly mild adverse reactions were injection site pain.Conclusion NGF on nerve cell growth,development,differentiation,regeneration play a regulatory role in the nervous system is damaged,the nerve cells can reduce the extent of the damage and accelerate the repair of myelin,is conducive to the growth of nerve fiber regeneration,and promote recovery of neurological function.On the basis of conventional drug therapy combined computer mouse nerve growth factor IF and treatment of facial paralysis good efficacy,high efficiency,side effects.
