玉屏风胶囊联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣效果观察

目的 观察玉屏风胶囊联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣的的临床效果.方法 选取86例扁平疣患者根据扁平疣分型将其分为两组,对照组41例患者单纯采用0.5％咪喹莫特乳膏在睡前涂于清洁干净的患部,隔日1次;观察组患者在对照组基础上,采用玉屏风胶囊口服,每次2粒,每日3次,均治疗8周,治疗期间每2周复诊1次,观察两组患者丘疹消退情况,有无新皮疹出现,对两组患者疗效进行比较.同时观察两组患者用药期间不良反应发生情况.并根据患者皮损数目、皮损大小、分布范围、颜色及瘙痒程度对患者进行病情评分.结果 观察组治疗2、4、6周及8周末总有效率分别为37.78％、66.67％、77.78％及88.89％,对照组分别为29.27％、39.02％、53.66％及68.29％,观察组治疗第4、6、8周末总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=6.58、5.58、5.49,均P＜0.05）.两组患者治疗前病情评分无显著差异,观察组治疗后2、4、6周及8周末病情评分分别为（6.7±1.5）、（5.0±1.4）、（4.0±0.6）、（3.2±1.2）分,对照组分别为（8.9±2.0）、（7.0±2.0）、（5.9±1.4）、（4.2±1.3）分,观察组治疗后各周病情评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=7.04、6.40、8.69、4.93,均P＜0.05）.观察组1例患者出现轻度腹泻,两组患者均无明显其他不良反应,顺利完成治疗.结论 玉屏风胶囊联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗扁平疣安全有效,且见效快,疗效优于单纯使用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗者,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on curative effect of Yupingfeng Capsuless combined with Imiquimod Cream in the treatment of flat warts

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng Capsuless combined with Imiquimod Cream in the treatment of flat warts.Methods 86 cases of patients with flat warts were divided into two groups according to the flat wart typing,41 patients of the control group were treated with 0.5％ Imiquimod Cream applied to affected clean area before going to bed every other day purely,once every other day,based on the control group,the patients of observation group were treated with oral Yupingfeng Capsule,once 2 granules,3 times a day,all were treated for eight weeks,reviewed once every two weeks during treatment.The papules regression,whether there was new rash were observed,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.While the adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were observed.And according to the number of skin lesions,lesions size distribution range,color and pruritus of the patients,the disease was graded.Results The total effective rates of the observation group in two weeks,four weeks,six weeks and eight weekend were 37.78％,66.67％,77.78％ and 88.89％,which of the control group were 29.27％,39.02％,53.66％ and 68.29％,the total effective rates of the observation group for treating 4,6,8 weeks were significantly higher,the differences were statistically significant （x2=6.58,5.58,5.49,all P ＜ 0.05）,the condition score of two groups before treatment was not significant different,the disease scores of the observation group 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment were （6.7±1.5）,（5.0±1.4）,（4.0±0.6）,（3.2±1.2） points,the control group were （8.9±2.0）,（7.0±2.0）,（5.9±1.4）,（4.2±1.3） points,the disease scores of the observation group after treatment were all significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant （t =7.04,6.40,8.69,4.93,all P ＜ 0.05）.1 patients of observation group had mild diarrhea,the other of the two groups had no significant adverse reactions,successfully completed the reatment.Conclusion Yupingfeng Capsuless combined with Imiquimod Cream in the treatment of fiat warts is safe and effective,and it comes to effective quickly,which is more effective than simply using Imiquimod Cream,it is worthy of clinical application.
