益母草注射液在剖宫产中止血缩宫的临床效果观察

目的观察益母草注射液在剖宫产中止血缩宫的有效性及安全性。方法将剖宫产产妇260例随机分为两组。实验组在胎儿娩出后给予益母草注射液40mg子宫体注射，对照组给予缩官素lOu子宫体注射，比较两组术中、术后2、24h出血量，产后出血发生率及子宫复旧情况。结果实验组术中、术后2、24h出血量明显低于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。实验组产后出血发生率低于对照组，但其差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在子宫复旧方面，术后阴道流血时间〈半月的发生率，实验组明显高于对照组，其差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05），术后恶露持续时间〈42d的发生率高于对照组，但其差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论益母草注射液是一种预防剖宫产术后出血的高效、安全的药物，且可缩短恶露排出时间，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of Leonurus Injection for Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage and Promoting Uterine Contractionafter Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and security of Leonurus injection to prevent postpartum hemorrhage and promote uterine contraction after cesarean section. Methods 260 cases were randomly divided into observation group（130 cases）and control group（130 cases）. Observation group were injected Leonurus injection 40 mg into uterine, and control group were injected oxytocin 10 u into uterine. The amount of bleeding volume in operation,vaginal bleeding volume of postoperative 2 and 24 h, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and uterus contraction were compared between the 2 groups. Results The amount of bleeding volume in operation and vaginal bleeding volume of postoperative 2,24 h in observation group were less than that of control group, and there were significant differences between them（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in observation group was less than that of control group, but there was no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. The incidence of vaginal bleeding time less than 15 days in observation group was higher than that of control group,and there was a significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. The incidence of persistent time of lochia less than 42 days after operation was higher than that of control group, but there was no significant difference between them（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Leonurus injection is a safe and effective drug of preventing hemorrhage and shorting the time of lochia discharge after cesarean section,and is worth of clinical promotion.
