| 摘 要： | 针对目前气管病理学的研究趋势及套囊气管导管在临床通气应用中的不足,提出了一种基于传统气管导管,将现有成熟的塑料制造技术和小套囊充气结合起来,用瓣膜封堵装置代替原有的气管导管套囊,从而避免套囊盲目充气和压迫造成的并发症,解决了气管黏膜压迫和通气封堵需求之间的矛盾,达到安全有效满足通气的效果。

| Abstract: | In view of the research trend of tracheal pathology and the shortage about clinical application of endotracheal tube,this paper puts forward a new kind of endotracheal tube,which is based on traditional endotracheal tube,and combines mature plastic manufacturing technology and small cuff air inflation,replacing original endotracheal tube cuff with valve plugging device,thus to avoid the complication and solve the contradiction between tracheal mucous membrane compression and ventilation plugging demand. |
