纤支镜取材对患者检测p53、nm23基因蛋白的临床价值

目的 :探讨纤支镜取材对肺癌患者检测 p5 3、nm2 3基因蛋白的临床价值。 方法 :采用OlympusBF - 1TR型纤支镜钳取肺癌组织 35例 ,肺良性病变组织 2 8例 ,分别作 p5 3、nm2 3基因蛋白的免疫组化染色。结果 :p5 3基因蛋白的阳性率在肺癌组为 6 5 7% (2 3/ 35 ) ,在肺良性病变组为 7 1% (2 /2 8) ;nm2 3基因蛋白的阳性率在肺癌组 6 8 6 % (2 4/ 35 ) ,在肺良性病变组为 92 9% (2 6 / 2 8)。而且nm2 3基因蛋白在表达程度上也有明显差异 ,在肺癌组以弱阳性为主占阳性率的 6 6 7% (16 / 2 4) ;在肺良性病变组则以强阳性为主占阳性率的 6 9 2 % (18/ 2 6 ) ,这一特点在肺癌的临床诊断中具有一定的实用价值。结论 :纤支镜对肺部疾病的活检 ,联合检测其 p5 3、nm2 3基因蛋白的表达 ,可对肺癌患者作出早期诊断、转移潜能的预测和预后的评估

The clinical value of fiberbrochoscope sample in examining P53, nm23 gene protein in patients

Objectives:To explore the clinical value of fiberbrochoscope in examining P53,nm23 gene protein in lung cancer patients.Methods:Using olymapus BF-1 TR fiberbrochoscope in 35 lung can cer patients,28 benign lump cancer,separately doing P53,nm23 gene protein immunohistochemistry tinction.Results:The positive rate of P53 gene protein in lung cancer group was 65.7%(23/35) was,in benign lung lump was 7.1%(2/28);The positive rate of nm23 gene protein in lung cancer group is 68.6%(24/35)in benign lung lump is 92.9%(26/28);Furthermore,there was significant difference in nm3 gene protein expression level,in the lung cancer group,sub-dominant was most prominent,compared with clominant it was 66.7%(16/24).in benign lung lump group,the strong doninant was most prominent,compared with dominant,it was 69.2%(18/26).The point had certain practical value in lung cancer clinical diagnoses.Condusion:The sample from Fiberbrochoscope combined with examining the expression of P53,nm23 gene protein can be used in early diagnoses,transter protential examining and pre-examining and post-examining evaluation in lung cancer patients.
