| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑出血与脑梗死患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）水平在病程不同时段的动态变化及其临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心（ELISA）法分别测定98例脑出血患者、130例脑梗死患者发病1、7、14和21d血清中VEGF含量,同时测定70例神经系统其它疾病患者和46名正常人血清VEGF含量作为对照。结果脑出血组和脑梗死组在病程各时间点上血清VEGF含量与对照组相比均增高（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,于发病第7天升高显著,第21天仍然高于正常对照组。结论VEGF参与了脑出血和脑梗死的发病过程,检测血清VEGF含量有助于判断脑出血和脑梗死患者的病变程度和病情进展。
