| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨卵巢子宫内膜样癌中增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的表达及其病理特征之间的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学S－P法对56例卵巢子宫内膜样癌，30例在位子宫内膜的石蜡标本进行PCNA检测。结果：卵巢子宫内膜样癌PCNA阳性率为94．6％，明显高于在位子宫内膜阳性率46．7％（P＜0．001），PCNA阳性指数评分和细胞分化程度及临床期别有关，高分化肿瘤的PCNA阳性指数评分低于中，低分化肿瘤（P＜0．05），I／II期卵巢子宫内膜样癌PCNA阳性指数评分低于Ⅲ/Ⅳ期（P＜0．01），经随访发现，存活组PCNA阳性指数评分低于死亡组评分。结论：PCNA的检测可作为估计卵巢子宫内膜样癌的预后指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of PCNA in ovary endimetrioid carcinoma and its relationship with clinical pathology. Methods The PNCA of 56 cases ovary endimetrioid carcinoma and 30 cases uterus endometrum were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of PNCA in ovary endimetrioid carcinoma was higher than that in uterus endometrum (94.6% vs 46.7%, p<0.001). The PNCA scores were correlated to cellular differentiation and clinical stages, and the mean score of survival group was higher than that of dead group. Conclusion PNCA could be regarded as an index to estimate the prognosis of ovary endimetrioid carcinoma. |
