阴道助产技术临床应用效果观察

摘    要:目的观察阴道助产技术的临床应用效果。方法选取2011年1月—2012年3月分娩的200名孕产妇,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100名,治疗组患者使用阴道助产技术,对照组患者使用普通分娩技术。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果总满意率治疗组92.0%,对照组83.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组吸引次数和剖宫产率比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组产后出血、会阴侧切、切口延长、阴道壁红肿、切口感染、会阴撕裂比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论阴道助产技术操作便捷,对母婴伤害较少,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值,能够提高产妇的生产质量,减少剖宫产率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of assisted vaginal delivery.Methods 200 pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2012 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases for each.Treatment group received assisted vaginal delivery,and control group ordinary delivery.T-test was used for measurement data and χ2test for count data.The result of P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results The rate of total satisfaction was 92.0% in treatment group and 83.0% in control group,and significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in frequency of vacuum extraction and the rate of cesarean section(P<0.05)and also in postpartum hemorrhage,episiotomy,extended incisions,.red and swelling of vaginal wall,wound infection and obstetric laceration(all P<0.05).Conclusions Assisted vaginal delivery is of convenience,less hurt to mothers and babies,high safety and higher clinical value,which can improve childbirth outcomes and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
