芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法60例中、重度慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和芪苈强心胶囊治疗组(治疗组),观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗12周后对心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)值、左室舒张末期内经(LVDd)和6min步行试验距离的影响。结果与治疗前比较,对照组患者治疗12周后LVEF、6min步行距离均有所增加,LVDd有所减小,但差异均无显著意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后上述指标明显改善(P<0.01);2组比较,治疗组患者LVEF、6min步行距离明显增加,LVDd明显缩小,2组临床疗效比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊能明显改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能。

Therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on the patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in patients with moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 60 patients accompanied by moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into routine treatment group(control group) and Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment group (observation group),and the patients' grades of heart function, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd) and 6-minute walk distance were observed after twelve weeks.Results The LVEF and 6-minute walk distance were increased and LVDd was decreased in control group, but there were no significant differences in these indexes before and after treatment. However there were significant differences in these parameters in observation group before and after treatment (P<0.01) and there were significant differences in these indexes between two groups after treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can greatly improve the heart function of patients with moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure.
