高压氧对卡那霉素致聋肾虚豚鼠耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响

摘    要:[目的]观察高压氧(HBO)对卡那霉素致聋肾虚豚鼠的耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢霉(SDH)变化的影响。[方法]将30只雄性豚鼠随机分为3组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组(正常组)、肾虚耳聋模型对照组(模型组)、肾虚耳聋高压氧治疗组(治疗组),以听性脑干反应(ABR)及SDH组织化学检测为指标。[结果]模型组豚鼠ABR反应阈明显升高,治疗组ABR反应阈升高幅度明显低于模型组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);模型组SDH显色变淡或消失,毛细胞受损显著,治疗组SDH变化、毛细胞受损程度均明显低于模型组。[结论]HBO能提高内耳SDH的活性,促进受损细胞功能恢复,对卡那霉素致聋肾虚型豚鼠有一定的治疗作用。
