临产室助产技术梯队管理的方法与效果

摘    要:[目的]探讨临产室助产技术梯队管理的方法与效果。[方法]我院临产室于2002年采取划分固定小组、固定人员,并在每个小组中设组长1名,每组第一、二、三梯队各1名助产士,在临床工作中合理分配各梯队人员从事不同难度的技术操作。[结果]“梯队管理模式”全面提高助产技术,有利于护理资源的充分利用,提高病人满意度,减少了医疗纠纷。[结论]助产技术梯队管理是一种科学的管理方式和模式。

Abstract:Objective: To probe into methods and effect of carrying out childbirth-assist skill echelon management in parturient room. Methods: All staffs were divided into fixed groups with fixed staffs in parturient room, a head was nominated in each group. To arrange a midwife of the first, the second and the third echelon respectively in each group, and staffs of different echelons were asked to conduct clinical work in different difficulties of manipulations. Results: The echelon management mode can enhance childbirth-assist skills in parturient room totally, which is profit to utilization of nursing resources. The echelon management mode can promote satisfaction degree of patients and reduce medical dispute as well. Conclusion: Childbirth-assist skill echelon management is a scientific management mode.
