军队中心医院人力资源整合的探讨

摘    要:目的对军队中心医院人力资源整合进行探讨。方法论述了人力资源整合的必要性和措施。结果人力资源整合的必要性包括人力资源的多元化结构、医院发展的新要求和人力资源的最高层次需求。整合措施包括:科学设置岗位;科学使用人才;规范人事代理制、劳动合同制和专业技术人员聘用制;实施任期考评制度。结论医院人力资源整合可使管理更加规范化。

Abstract:Objective To explore the integration of human resource of military central hospital. Methods The ne cessity and measures of integration of human resource were discussed. Results Necessity of integration of human re source concluded diversified structure of human resource, new demand of hospital development, and the highest level of needs of human resource. Measures of integration concluded scientific establishment of the post, scientific use of the tal ents, standardization of personnel agency system and work contract system as well as personal engagement system, exam ination and evaluation system of duty. Conclusion Integration of human resource can promote the standardized manage ment of the hospitals.
