妊娠期高血压综合征的危险因素分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压综合征的危险因素。方法采用问卷调查分析来作者医院就诊的妊娠期高血压综合征患者，对调查的危险因素年龄、体质量指数、产次、孕次、血压、流产史、高血压史和妊娠期高血压史进行单因素的Logistic回归分析，对具有统计学意义的危险因素（P〈0．05）进行多元Logistic回归分析。结果年龄、体质量指数、产次、流产史、高血压史和妊娠期高血压史与妊娠期高血压的发生具有统计学意义。年龄、体质量指数、产次、流产史、高血压史和妊娠期高血压史是妊娠期高血压综合征发生的独立危险因素，差异具有统计学意义。结论年龄、体质量指数、产次、流产史、高血压史和妊娠期高血压史与妊娠期高血压综合征的发生密切相关。

Risk Factors Analysis of Gestational Hypertension Syndrome

Objective Toexplore the risk factors of gestational hypertension syndrome. Methods Patients with gestational hypertension syndrome in our hospital were analyzed in questionnaire survey. The risk factors including age, body mass index （BMI）, production time, pregnancy time, blood pressure, abortion history, history of hypertension, and gestational hypertension history were analyzed with univariate Logistic regression （P〈0. 05 as statistically significant）. The statistically significant risk factors were further analysed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Age, BMI, production time, abortion history, history of hypertension, and history of hypertension in pregnancy gestational hypertension were statistically significant. Age, BMI, production time, abortion history, history of hyperten sion and history of gestational hypertension were independent risk factors for gestational hypertension syndrome. Conclu sion Age, BMI, production time, abortion history, history of hypertension and history of gestational hypertension are closely related with the occurrence of gestational hypertension syndrome.
