军事应激对部队官兵血清胃泌素和生长抑素水平的影响

目的对军事演习前后部队官兵血清胃泌素（gastrin，GAS）和生长抑素（somatostatin，SS）水平进行检测，为军事应激所致的胃黏膜病变提供病理生理依据。方法采用酶联免疫法检测某部60名官兵军事演习前后血清GAS和sS水平。结果军事演习后官兵血清中GAS的含量明显高于演习前（P〈0．01），而sS含量明显低于演习前（P〈0．01）。结论GAS和ss参与军事应激所致的胃黏膜病变。在军事应激早期检测这两种激素的含量，有助于评估发生胃黏膜病变的可能性及严重程度。

Influence of Military Stress on the Levels of Gastrin and Somatostatin in Serum in the Troops

Objective To examine the levels of gastrin and somatostatm in serum m the troops before ana after mil itary maneuver and further to provide pathological and physiological basis for the gastric mucosa lesion caused by military stress. Methods The levels of serum gastrin and somatostatin in 60 soldiers were studied by enzymelinked immunosor bent assay. Results The level of gastrin in serum in the troops after military maneuver was significantly higher, and the level of somatostatin was significantly lower than that before military maneuver （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Gastrin and som atostatin are involved in the gastric mucosa lesion caused by military stress. It will be helpful to examine the levels of these two gastrointestinal hormones in the early stage of military stress to evaluate the possibility of the occurrence of gas tric mucosa lesion and its severity.
