无创-有创-无创序贯性机械通气在急性左心衰竭的临床应用疗效

目的评价无创-有创-无创序贯机械通气对急性左心衰的治疗价值。方法选择80例患者,随机分为无创-有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗组50例和有创机械通气（IPPV）组30例,动态观察两组患者呼吸机相关肺炎（VAP）发生率、机械通气时间、住院时间等情况。结果无创-有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗急性左心衰,呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）发生率、机械通气时间、住院时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论无创-有创-无创序贯机械通气治疗急性左心衰可降低呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）发生率及机械通气时间、住院时间。

The Effect of Mechanical Ventilation Therapy on Acute Left Heart Failure

Objective To evaluate the possibility and the clinic value of the sequential mechanical ventilation therapy on acute left heart failure.Methods Methods：80 patients with intermediate syndrome were included in the study.of them,50 were randomly allocated to receive sequential mechanical ventilation,and the other 30 received invasive positive pressure ventilation（IPPV）.And ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）,mechanical ventilation duration,the length of hospitalization,were measured.Results There were significant difierenees in invasive ventilation time,the total duration of mechanical ventilation,ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）,the length of hospitalization between sequential treatment group and the control group（P0.05）.Condusion invasive-noninvasive ventilation is effective treatment for acute left heart failure,it can significantly shorten the time of invasive ventilation,the length of hospitalization and reduce the incidence of VAP.
