警校大学生人格特点调查分析

目的探讨警校大学生人格特点，为培养警校大学生良好的人格素质提供依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格问卷（16PF）对137名警校大学生进行测试。结果警校男生乐群性、聪慧性、兴奋性、敢为性显著高于男大学生常模，有恒性、怀疑性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、世故性、敏感性显著低于男大学生常模。警校女生乐群性、兴奋性、敢为性显著高于女大学生常模，稳定性、有恒性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性显著低于女大学生常模。警校男生乐群性、敏感性、忧虑性显著低于女生，稳定性、恃强性、独立性显著高于女生。结论警校大学生有较好的人格特征，并表现出了明显的性别差异。

Research and Analysis on Personality Characteristic of Students in Police Academy

Objective To explore the persondlity characteristic of students in pvlice academy and provide psychological foundation for improving their personality.Methods 137 students in police academy were sampled and tested with Cattell's 16PF.Results Compared with male students in ordinary universities,the male students in police academy had higher scores in factors A,B,F and H,and had lower scores in factors G,L,O,Q1andQ2.Compared with female students in ordinary universities,the female students in police academy had higher scores in factors A,F and H,and had lower scores in factors C,G,L,O,Q1andQ2.Compared with female students in police academy,the male students had higher scores in factors C,E,and Q2,and had lower scores in factors A,I,and O.Conclusion The students in police academy have a good personality in general.Furthermore,there are significant gender differences in personalities.
