2006—2013年乌鲁木齐市伤害监测结果分析

目的了解乌鲁木齐市伤害的发生情况,为伤害的预防控制提供科学依据。方法选择3家伤害监测的哨点医院,对2006年1月1日至2013年12月31日首次就诊于哨点医院的伤害患者进行调查。结果共调查67 492例患者,其中,男性42 932例（63.61%）,女性24 560例（36.39%）;伤害高发年龄为25岁~和5岁~年龄组,分别占38.51%和30.34%;以商业服务人员伤害比例最高,占24.40%;夏季为伤害发生的高发季节;29.92%的伤害发生在公共居住场所,31.09%的女性在家中发生伤害;跌倒/坠落（44.47%）为伤害发生的最主要原因。结论在乌鲁木齐市青壮年是伤害威胁的重点人群,女性在家中发生伤害较多,6—8月为伤害高发月份,应提高女性从事家务劳动的安全防范意识,加强旅游季节对游客的安全知识宣传。

Analysis of injury surveillance data in Urumqi from 2006 to 2013

Objective To describe the distribution of injury incidences so as to provide scientific evidence for injury prevention and control. Methods Data of injured patients who visited in 3 injury surveillance hospitals for the first time from Jan. 1, 2006 to Dec. 31, 2013 were analyzed. Results Totally 67 492 injured cases were investigated, including 42 932 cases of the male（65.09%）, 24 560 cases of the female（36.39%）. High incidence was found in age group of 25-44 year-old（38.51%）. Commercial services staff accounted for the highest proportion of 25.97%. It was at a high risk in summer. 29.92%of the injuries occurred in the public places of residence. 31.09% women were injured at home. Tumble（44.47%） was the main reason for injury. Conclusions Young adults are the risk population in Urumqi. It is the most places to get injured at home for the female, and injury occurs mostly during the period of June to August. It should increase safe consciousness of the women engaging in housework, and strengthen propaganda of safety knowledge in tourists in the tourism season.
