乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区居民高血脂相关知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区社区居民对高血脂的认知水平及其影响因素。方法2013年4月采用随机抽样法，对乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区社区3个小区105名居民进行问卷调查。结果居民对高血脂含义的知晓率10．1％，68．7％的居民认为年龄在35岁以上时才需要每年定期检查血脂，60．6％的居民在近两年内测量过血脂；居民对高血脂的危害程度认知率占58．7％，预防意识及控制措施的掌握程度较低。结论居民高血脂相关意识薄弱，所采取的慢性病预防控制措施少，对高血脂的认知尚处于较低水平，提示目前的社区健康教育工作有明显不足，有待进一步加强。

Survey and analysis of knowledge about hyperlipidemia among residents in Shuimogou District of Urumqi

Objective To assess awareness of hyperlipidemia and its influential factors in Shuimoguo District of Urumqi. Methods Random sampling method was taken to carry out questionnaire on 105 residents from three residential districts in Shuimoguo District of Urumqi. Results Out of the investigated residents, the awareness rate of hyperlipemia was 10.1%, and 68.7% residents considered to make regular examination on cholesterol level every year only over 35 year-old. 60.6% residents checked their cholesterol level in the latest two years. Recognition of hazardous degree of hyperlipemia accounted for 58.7%. Their consciousness of the prevention and control methods was relatively low. Conclusions Residents in Urumqi lack of the knowledge about hyperlipidemia and hypertension.They take no effective ways of prevention of these chron- ic diseases, and their awareness level of hyperlipidemia is considerably low. It indicates that the task of health education at communities is insufficient and needs further efforts.
