| 摘 要： | 目的 深入了解社区脑卒中患者的康复现状和指导需求并提出有效的对策.方法 对南京东路社区脑卒中恢复期患者120例,采用入户调查的方式对患者康复现状和指导需求进行问卷调查.结果 社区脑卒中患者家庭康复干预存在问题,专业人员家庭康复干预能力有待提高.结论 建立并完善科学、可行的医院-社区-家庭网络化康复干预模式,有利于提高脑卒中家庭康复水平,是现阶段我国社区脑卒中家庭康复的发展方向.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To understand the rehabilitation status of cerebral apoplexy patients in community and guiding requirements and propose effective countermeasures. METHODS On East Nanjing Road community in convalescent patients with stroke of 120 cases, using household surveys conducted a questionnaire survey on rehabilitation of patients with conditions and guidance needs. RESULTS Community problems in family rehabilitation of stroke patients, professional and family rehabilitation intervention capacity needed to be improved. CONCLUSION Establishing and perfecting scientific and viable rehabilitation hospital-community-home networking model, helping to improve the level of stroke rehabilitation, indicating direction of stroke rehabilitation in community in China. |
