微创经胸壁非体外循环房间隔缺损封堵术的配合与护理

目的探讨封堵器微创经胸壁治疗房间隔缺损患者的配合与护理的方法。方法对6例接受微创经胸壁非体外循环房间隔缺损封堵术治疗的房间隔缺损患者进行回顾性分析,并针对可能出现的并发症实施相应护理对策。结果6例患者微创经胸壁非体外循环房间隔缺损封堵术治疗技术成功,经治疗护理痊愈,未发生严重的并发症。结论准确的术前决策,充分的术前准备,积极的术中、术后监护处理,对保证患者顺利通过手术、预防或减少并发症的发生有重要意义。

The cooperation and nursing care of closure of atrial septal defect with occluder by minimally invasive and non-extracorporeal circulation ways through chest wall

Objective To discuss the cooperation and nursing care of atrial septal defect (ASD) patients treated with the closure by minimally invasive ways through the chest wall. Methods 6 patients with ASD who accepted mini-invasive therapy were retrospectively analyzed and were given different nursing care according to the possible complications. Results The mini-invasive therapy was successful and all the patients cured after the treatment and nursing without serious complications. Conclusions To assure patients survive from the operation, prevent or reduce the complication, it is important to have an exact preoperative decision, sufficient preoperative preparations, active pre-and post-operative monitor and treatment.
