| 摘 要： | 近几年来，我院儿内科学教研室把如何依托学科的发展促进课程建设，避免学科发展和医疗服务对教学的冲击作为一项重要课题，在如何利用学科发展促进师资队伍建设，以提高教师素质和能力为中心开展教学改革，以及教材建设和现代教育技术的应用等方面进行了积极的探索和尝试，取得了显著的成效。2002年，儿科学被评为国家级高等学校重点学科；2003年，儿内科学课程被评为重庆市精品课程。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the development of pediatric discipline in the hospital promotes the medical service, which in reverse challenges the pediatric teaching. How to facilitate the development of pediatric course based on the pediatric discipline and avoid the influence of pediatric discipline and medical service is considered as an important project by the pediatric internal department. |
