摘    要:目的 测定青霉素V钾中甲醛残留量.方法 采用衍生化与反相HPLC相结合的方法,对青霉素V钾中甲醛进行转化测定.结果 方法的准确度为99.6%,精密度为0.92%,专属性为甲醛色谱峰与相邻色谱峰的分离度分别为15.5、7.1,以甲醛色谱峰计的柱效为15622,线性相关系数为0.99997.结论 该方法准确,重复性好,通用性强,可有效测定甲醛残留量.

Abstract:Objective To test the formaldehyde remnant in phenoxymethylpenicillin V potassium.Methods The formaldehyde remnant in phenoxymethylpenicillin V potassium was detected by derivative method combined with RP-HPLC.Results It appeared a good linearity in the experimental concentration(r:0.99997).The accuracy was 99.6% and the precision was 0.92%.Resolution for the formaldehyde chromatograph peak and the neighboring chromatograph peak was 15.5,7.1 respectively.The number of theoretical plates of the formaldehyde chromatograph peak was 15622 and linearity correlated coefficient was 0.99997.Conclusions This method is accurate,repeatable and practicable,which could be successfully used for the detection of the formaldehyde remnant of phenoxymethylpenicillin V potassium.
