壮药土甘草薄层色谱和紫外光谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的为土甘草药材的鉴别提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法和紫外光谱法对土甘草进行分析鉴别。结果在土甘草药材色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应位置上有相同的荧光斑点;紫外光谱分析,在波长约(274±2)nm处有一最大吸收峰。结论土甘草薄层色谱和紫外吸收光谱有其特征斑点和特征吸收峰。为土甘草药材的开发和利用提供鉴别依据。

Abstract:Objective To provide a basis for the identification of the crud drug of Tugancao.Methods The chemical constituents of Tugancao were analysed by TLC and UV.Results The spots in the chromatography of the test solution corresponding to the position to control medicines had the same color.There was a maximum absorption peak at a wavelength of about(274 ± 2) nm by UV.Conclusion Tugancao has characteristic spots and characteristic peaks.
