艾灸对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠内皮素及一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠的活血化瘀作用机制。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠84只随机分为12组(对照组A、B组,模型A、B组,艾灸膈俞、血海、委中、丘墟A、B组),每组各7只。用低温冷冻法建立大鼠寒凝血瘀证模型,艾灸A组于造模成功次日上午治疗1次,艾灸B组于造模成功次日上午起开始治疗、每天治疗1次、共5次,每次灸5壮。治疗完成日上午腹主动脉取血2mL,检测内皮素、一氧化氮。结果:膈俞、血海的活血化瘀作用是通过降低ET、升高NO实现的,委中、丘墟的活血化瘀作用是通过降低ET实现的。结论:艾灸膈俞、血海、委中、丘墟有活血化瘀作用。
