摘    要:目的采用正交实验法优选满药赤雹果挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法,以挥发油收率为指标,以药材粉碎粒径(A)、浸泡时间(B)、加水量(C)、提取时间(D)为影响因素进行正交实验。结果最佳提取工艺条件为粉碎粒径10目,浸泡时间4h,加水量12倍,蒸馏时间7 h。结论优选得到的提取工艺简单、易行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Thladiantha dubia Fruits with orthogonal design. Methods Using the recovery rate of volatile oil as indicator and the screen mesh of medicinal materials(A),soaking time(B),quantity of water(C),and extraction time(D)as affecting factors,the orthogonal experiment was conducted by the method of water distillation. Results The optimal extraction condition was as follows:medicinal materials which screen mesh were 10,being soaked in 12 times water for 4h and distilled for 7h with vapour. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is simple and practicable.
