不同治法对ALI/ARDS大鼠炎性相关因子作用的影响

目的观察泻肺法、通腑法、通腑泻肺法对实验性大鼠ALI/ARDS炎性细胞因子的干预作用。方法采用油酸加内毒素方法复制大鼠ALI/ARDS模型,分别采用泻肺方、通腑方、通腑泻肺方灌胃。结果第3天时,治肺组、治肠组及肺肠同治组大鼠血清TNF-α较模型组明显降低(P<0.01);治肠组与肺肠同治组较模型组IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01);治肺组和治肠组较模型组IL-6含量降低(P<0.05);第7天时,治肺组、治肠组及肺肠同治组大鼠血清TNF-α较模型组明显降低(P<0.01);治肠组与肺肠同治组IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01);治肺组IL-6含量降低(P<0.05)。对肿瘤坏死因子三者都改善明显,且三组之间无明显差异;对IL-1β改善水平治肠组和肺肠同治组明显优于治肺组;对IL-6改善水平治肺组要优于治肠组和肺肠同治组。结论泻肺法、通腑法和通腑泻肺法均可以降低大鼠血清中炎性细胞因子水平,改善动物的生存状态,通过降低血清细胞因子水平,减轻肺组织和全身的炎症损伤。三组对血清炎性细胞因子水平均有改善效果,但他们作用靶点不同,存在不同的作用机制。

Effects of Different Treatments on Inflammatory Cytokines of ALI/ARDS Model Rats

Objective To study the effects of Xie Fei,TongFu and TongFuXieFei methods on inflammatory cytokines of ALI/ARDS model rats. Methods The ALI/ARDS animal model was made by venous injection of endotoxin and oleic acid,and then the rats were intragastric ally administered XieFeiFang,TongFuFang and TongFuXieFeiFang. Results On the third day,serum INF-α was significantly lower in ZhiFei group,ZhiChang and FeiChangTongZhi group than in model group(P<0.01);IL-1β in ZhiChang group and FeiChangTongZhi group was significantly lower than model group(P<0.01);IL-6 level in ZhiFei group,ZhiChang group decreased as compared to model group,(P<0.05);on the seventh day,serum TNF-αin ZhiFei group,ZhiChang group and FeiChangTongZhi group was significantly lower than model group(P<0.01);IL-1β in ZhiChang group and FeiChangTongZhi group was decreased significantly(P<0.01);IL-6 level in ZheFei group was decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion XieFei、TongFu and TongFuXieFei methods can reduce serum inflammatory cytokines levels and improve rat living conditions,decrease lung tissue and systematic damage.Three groups have different target and mechanisms on the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.
