不同方法水抽提葛根有效成分的对比性研究

摘    要:目的以水做溶剂,提取葛根的有效成分。方法采用水煎法、加热回流法、微波辅助提取法、超声波辅助法等提取葛根有效成分。结果超声波辅助法即超声波时间为30 min,超声波浸提温度70℃,重复提取2次,葛根提取率最高。结论超声波辅助水抽提葛根有效成分,可有效提高提取率。

Abstract:Objective To extract the active ingredients of Pueraria with water as solvent.Methods Decoction pot brewing,heating reflux method,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasonic-assisted extraction were adopted to extract the active ingredients of Pueraria.Results When ultrasonic time was 30 min,ultrasonic extraction temperature was 70℃,repeat extraction was 2 times the extraction rate of Pueraria lobata was the highest.Conclusion Ultrasonic assisted water extraction can effectively improve the extraction rate of active ingredients in Pueraria.
