三七总皂苷/山茱萸总皂苷组分对犬冠状动脉结扎缺血心肌的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的观察三七总皂苷/山茱萸总苷组分(PNS/TGCO)不同剂量对犬冠状动脉结扎造成心肌梗塞模型的保护作用。方法杂种犬随机分为模型对照组,PNS/TGCO大(40 mg/kg)、中(20 mg/kg)、小(10 mg/kg)剂量组、血塞通胶囊组(20mg/kg)。采用结扎麻醉犬冠状动脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血梗塞损伤,十二指肠给药后,可显著减少冠脉结扎所致的∑-ST、N-ST抬高,用硝基四氮唑蓝染色,观察心脏梗塞范围,检测血清中肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的变化。结果 PNS/TGCO组分大、中组可显著降低犬冠脉结扎后心肌缺血的程度,缩小心肌缺血的范围;显著降低犬冠脉结扎后血清LDH、CPK活性。结论 PNS/TGCO组分对急性心肌缺血犬具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the protective effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) and total saponins from Cornus officinalis(TGCO) components on myocardial ischemia dogs.Methods In left coronary artery ligation model,infarction range,△Σ-ST and some serum indexes(such as CPK,LDH) was measured after ig PNS/TGCO(40,20,10 mg·kg-1).Results Large and middle doses of PNS / TGCO components could significantly inhibit the increase of △Σ-ST and N-ST,reduce the size of myocardial ischemia,decrease the contents of LDH,CPK in serum in dogs after coronary artery ligation.Conclusion PNS / TGCO components has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemic dogs.
