摘    要:环糊精具有一个内疏水、外亲水的空腔结构,通过主客体包合作用,能够与尺寸匹配的疏水基团形成包合物,并以环糊精空腔结构作为催化活性区域。环糊精空腔外侧的多羟基结构可与底物分子间产生相互作用,起到催化作用。本文主要综述了基于环糊精包合作用催化剂的研究进展,分别介绍了环糊精和改性环糊精在有机合成和聚合反应中的应用。

Abstract:With a hydrophobic cavity and hydrophilic outside, cyclodextrins can form complex with hydrophobic guest being of suitable size based on the host guest interactions. Their cavity acts as a catalysis activated site. The intermolecular interactions between the hydroxyl groups of cyclodextrin and substrates assist the catalysis of reaction. The research development of catalysts based on cyclodextrin inclusive association was reviewed and the applications of cyclodextrin and modified cyclodextrin in organic reactions and polymerizations were introduced.
