在病理生理学教学中实施CBL对医学生儿科学成绩的影响

摘    要:目的观察在病理生理学教学中应用病例教学法(Case—based learning,CBL)对儿科学成绩的影响。方法将承德医学院2005级临床医学专业本科学生随机分为2组:实验组138人(病例教学法)和对照组136人(传统教学法),对比2组学生儿科学成绩的差异。再把儿科学的试题分为:与病理生理学知识联系性强试题(简称B类题)和病理生理学知识联系性弱的试题(简称F类题),比较2组学生两类试题的正答率。然后把病理生理学与内科学、外科学、儿科学、妇产科学的成绩进行相关性分析。结果2组学生的儿科学总成绩差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);实验组B类试题的总正答率高于对照组(P〈0.05),2组F类试题的总正答率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);病理生理学成绩与内科学、外科学、儿科学、妇产科学成绩均呈低正相关。结论病理生理学教学中实施CBL,对病理生理学知识在儿科学中应用具有较好的远期效果;但是单独的病理生理学课程CBL教学对提高学生解决儿科学临床问题的能力没有明显效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pathophysiology case-based learning (CBL) method on scores of pediatrics. Methods Undergraduates from 2005 grade at Chengde medical college were divided into two groups : experimental group ( n = 138, CBL method) and control group ( n = 136, conventional teaching method). The scores of pediatrics between the two groups were compared. The pediatrics test paper was divided into two types: type B, which was tightly connected with the patho- physiology knowledge and type F, which had less connection with pathophysiology knowledge. The ac- curacy rates of both groups were compared. Correlation analysis on scores between pathophysiology and internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetircs and gynaecology was made. Results No significant difference in total scores of pediatrics was observed between the two groups ( P 〉 O. 05 ) ; total accuracy rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group ( P 〉 O. 05 ) ; similar total accuracy rates of type F test paper were observed in both groups (P 〉 O. 05 ) ; positive correlations in scores be- tween pathophysiology and internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetircs and gynaecology were found. Conclusions Satisfactory long-term effect are received by applying pathophysiological CBL model since it can promote the application of pathophysiological knowledge in pediatrics, however, no apparent effect on students' clinical ability can be obtained from the mere application of CBL in patho- physiology course.
