摘    要:基于“转化医学”“循证医学”理念,分析国内八年制医学教育中存在的问题;如,目前课程安排中大多数仍采用纵向课程设计模式,教学实践仍以传统教学模式为主,采取以笔试为主的评价体系。随着社会的不断进步,这些制度的存在不利于产生创新思维、不能有效调动学生主观能动性、不利于学生自我学习能力的培养。因此,从课程设置、教学模式转变、考核形式优化等方面提出课程教学改革设想,为实现八年制教育目标进行有益探索。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the problems in eight-year program medical education including vertical curriculum design, traditional teaching model and written test-based evaluation system based on the theory of translational medicine and evidence-based medicine. With the social progress, these old systems are not helpful to produce innovative thinking, mobilize students' subjective initiative and culti- vate self learning capacity. Finally, this paper proposed measures for curriculum reform from the as- pects of curriculum design, teaching mode transformation and evaluation optimization aiming at reaching the educational goal of eight-year program.
