摘    要:摘要]目的探讨聚焦超声技术在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)Ⅰ-Ⅱ级中的应用价值。方法收集78例经病理学证实的CINⅠ级及Ⅱ级患者,行聚焦超声治疗,其中CINI级患者随机分为A1、A2及A3组,CIN Ⅱ级随机分为B1、B2及B3组,分别给予不同的辐照剂量,6个月后行液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT),必要时行阴道镜或病理组织学检查。结果A3组患者治愈率为88.24%(15/17),与A1、A2组差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.0167);B3组患者治愈率为81.82%(9/11),与B1组治愈率的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.0167),而与B2组差异无统计学意义(P〉O.0167)。结论采用适当治疗剂量的聚焦超声能够安全、有效地治疗低级别CIN。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of focused ultrasound in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅰ-Ⅱ. Methods Totally 78 patients with CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ confirmed pathologically underwent focused ultrasound treatment. Patients with CIN I were randomly divided into group A1, A2 and A3, and those with CIN Ⅱ were divided in- to group B1, B2 and B3. Different irradiation doses were given, respectively. All patients underwent thinprep cytologic test and vaginal mirror or histologic examination if necessary after 6 months. Results The cure rate in group A3 was 88.24% (15/17), significantly different with that of group A1 and A2 (both P〈0. 0167). In group B3, the cure rate was 81.82% (9/11), statistically different with that in group B1 (P(0. 0167), but not with that in group B2 (P〉0. 0167). Conclusion Focused ultrasound with appropriate dosage can be used to treat CIN Ⅰ -Ⅱ effectively and safely.
