| 摘 要： | 随着对比剂的广泛应用，对比剂肾病（CIN）发病率逐年增高。根据CIN的危险因素进行危险分层，合理使用对比剂能够有效预防CIN的发生。本文就CIN的预防及危险分层方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | With the increasing use of contrast agent, the incidence of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN) rises year by year. According to the risk factors and risk stratification for CIN, reasonable use of contrast agent can effectively prevent the occurence of CIN. The progresses of prevention and risk stratification for CIN were reviewed in this article. |
