| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单用利凡诺、利凡诺联合米非司酮用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法将251例患者随机分为两组：观察组120例，应用利凡诺联合米非司酮终止中期妊娠；对照组131例，单用利凡诺终止中期妊娠。结果与单用利凡诺组比较，利凡诺联合米非司酮组用药至胎儿胎盘娩出时间明显缩短，子宫出血明显减少，引产失败率、软产道裂伤率降低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论利凡诺联合米非司酮用于孕中期终止妊娠具有引产成功率高、并发症少、患者痛苦小、住院时间短、降低产后出血率等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of single-use rivanol and rivanol plus mifepristone for labor induction of mid-term pregnancy.Methods Two hundred and fifty-one cases were randomly divided into two groups: observation group of 120 cases was applied rivanol combination with mifepristone to terminate mid-term pregnancy;Control group of 131 cases was applied a single rivanol.Results Compared with the control group,observation group had significantly shorter fetal placental delivery time,less uterine bleeding,lower induction failure rate and soft birth canal laceration rate.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusion Rivanol combined with mifepristone used for labor induction of mid-term pregnancy has a high rate of successful induction,fewer complications,little pain,shorter hospital stay,and lower rate of postpartum hemorrhage. |
