| 摘 要： | 目的评估文拉法新缓释片合用奥氮平治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将70例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组（n=35）和对照组（n=35），治疗组给予文拉法新缓释片合并小剂量奥氮平治疗，对照组单用文拉法新缓释片治疗，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）定期评定，治疗8周。结果治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论文拉法新缓释片联合小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症效果优于单用文拉法新缓释片治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy and safety of extended release venlafaxine combined with olanzapine in treatment of major depression disorder. Methods Seventy patients were randomly assigned to therapeutic group（ n = 35 ） and control group （ n = 35 ） for 8 weeks. Therapeutic group were given extended release venlafaxine combined with olanzapine, and control group were only given extended release venlafaxine. The clinical effect was regularly assessed with HAMD. Results The therapeutic efficacy in extended release venlafaxine combined with olanzapine group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions Extended release venlafaxine combined with olanzapine has better therapeutic efficacy in treatment of major depression disorder. |
