| 摘 要： | 目的:针药结合对脑梗塞患者血液流变学和血脂的影响。方法:将120例患者随机分成针药组40例、中药组40例和针灸组40例,观察治疗前后血脂和血液流变学等指标的变化。结果:针药组对血脂和血液流变学等指标的改变明显优于中药组和针灸组。结论:针药结合对改善脑梗塞患者血液黏、聚状态优于单纯中药、单纯针灸治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined Chinese medicine treating cerebral infarction.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into three groups,the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group(n=40),the Chinese medicine group(n=40) and the acupuncture group.Their therapeutic effects were compared by evaluating the recovery degree of consciousness,language and motor function.Blood lipids,hemorheology and blood ET were observed before or after treatment.Results:Changes of these targets in the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine group have more significant difference than that in the acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined Chinese medicine for the treatment of cerebral infarction is more beneficial than that of acupuncture and Chinese medicine in changing the state of blood stick and gathering. |
