摘    要:近年来,抗生素耐药性日益严重,并且呈现多重耐药现象,已引起临床医生和微生物工作者的高度关注。耐药机制包括染色体基因突变、外膜孔蛋白改变、药物主动外排系统表达亢进和产生灭活酶等。细菌耐药基因通过接合性质粒、转座子、整合型噬菌体、整合子的水平传递等发生传递。现就整合子、插入序列、插入序列共同区域在细菌多重耐药性中的作用予以综述。

Abstract:In recent years,the increasing prevalence of antibiotic resistance and multi-drug resistance has been paid much attention by clinicians and micro-organism workers.The mechanism of drug-resistance has been demonstrated to be associated with chromosomal gene mutation,changes in outer membrane pore protein,drug active efflux system expression and generation of hyper-inactivated enzymes.The antibiotic resistance gene can be transmitted through the bonding nature of the pills,transposons,integrated phage,integron,and etc.The present article made a detailed overview of the multi-drug resistance mechanism,including of integron,insertion sequence,insertion sequence common region and etc.
