| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿的临床价值。方法:回顾分析行一期根治术治疗的106例肛周脓肿患者的临床资料。结果:106例患者中,治愈105例,后遗肛瘘1例。1年后回访,复发1例,无肛门畸形、肛门失禁等后遗症。结论:一期根治术是治疗肛周脓肿的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the therapeutic efficacy of once radical operation in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients who had undergone on this operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:105 cases were cured,anal fistula occurred in 1 case.Recurrence was found in 1 case and no anal malformation or no incontinence occurred.Conclusion:Once radical operation is an effective technique to perianal abscess. |
