| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the value of serum ischemia modified albumin(IMA) in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:Enrolled 37 hospitalized patients with ACS and 80 healthy controls,and assayed their Levels of Serum IMA.ROC curve of IMA were established to identify ACS and none ACS.Results:There were statistical differences between ACS group and healthy controls(P<0.01).Identified ACS,the area beneath the ROC curve was 0.866(95% CI 0.791~0.941).When the cutoff point was defined as 80 U/mL of IMA... |
