| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿化脓性脑膜炎的诊断、治疗及预后.方法:对小儿化脓性脑膜炎63例临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:本组63例化脓性脑膜炎患儿中≤3岁的婴幼儿占74.6％.大多数患儿急性起病.患者中发热60例,拒乳、纳差40例,激惹、烦躁或精神萎靡59例,前囟紧张23例,嗜睡或昏迷13例,惊厥30例,脑膜刺激征阳性34例,病理征...

| Abstract: | Objective:To study and discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Suppurative Meningitis in children.Methods:Performed retrospective analysis on clinical materials of 63 cases with child Suppurative Meningitis.Results:Among the 63 cases of Child Suppurative Meningitis,30 cases were from 1 month to 1 year old,17 cases were 1-3 year old,16 cases were >3 year old;74.6% were less than 3 year old,which had the highest incidence rate.Acute incidences were the most: 60 cases of fever,40 of refusing milk or a... |
