探讨妇产科手术泌尿系损伤防治方法

目的 分析妇产科手术泌尿系统损伤的特点、原因和防治方法.方法 随机抽取自2011年2月～2013年2月我院收治的25例因妇产科手术致泌尿损伤的案例进行分析.结果 两年时间中,我院共行各类妇科手术2058例,术中有15例为输尿管损伤,尿道损伤2例,膀胱损伤8例,经分析,易造成泌尿系损伤的妇产科手术主要集中在剖宫产术、子宫切除术、子宫内膜异位手术上.结论 妇科手术易造成泌尿系损伤,若发生损伤要及时修补,且大多数是可避免的.手术医生要熟悉局部解剖结构以减少此类损伤的发生.

Control methods of urinary tract injury in gynecologic surgery

Objective To explore the reasons and treatment of damnification of urinary system caused by gynecological operation. Methods 25 patients with urinary system injuries in gynecologic surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 15 cases of ureteral injuries, 2 cases of urethral injuries, 8 cases of bladder injuries. The reasons for damnification of u- rinary system were abdominal delivery , cesarean section, hysterectomy and endometriosis of uterus. Conclusion Gynecological operation might easy to cause urinary tract damnification. Most of urinary system damnifieations in gynecologic surgery could be a- void. If the urinary system damnification happened, doctors should take measures in time. Doctors should be familiar with local a- natomy.
