某高校2型糖尿病患者基于结构化教育的延续性干预效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨基于结构化教育的延续性干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的管理效果。方法采用随机抽样法,抽取2019年10—12月于南京某高校医院门诊就诊的72例教职工2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为2组(研究组与对照组),每组36例。对照组患者进行常规干预,研究组患者进行“以患者为中心、基于结构化教育”的规范化干预管理。随访并分析6个月后2组患者血糖控制情况及依从率。结果干预6个月时,2组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均较干预前有明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组患者3个血糖指标水平均低于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者FBG达标率、2h PBG达标率和FBG+2h PBG+HbA1c联合达标率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预6个月时,对照组患者依从率为25.00%,研究组患者依从率为86.11%,2组患者依从率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于结构化教育的延续性干预对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制具有积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous intervention based on structured education on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods With the method of random sampling,72 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the outpatient clinic of a university hospital in Nanjing from October to December 2019 were selected as the object.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,while patients in the study group received standardized intervention management based on patient-centered and structured education.The blood glucose control and compliance rate of the two groups were followed up and analyzed after 6 months.Results After 6 months of intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2h PBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the levels of three blood glucose indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FBG success rate,2h PBG success rate and FBG+2h PBG+HbA1c combined success rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the compliance rate of patients in the control group was 25.00%,and that in the study group was 86.11%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous intervention based on structured education plays a positive role in blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes.
