| 摘 要： | 目的:了解输血前患者血清各项感染性指标的阳性率,及早发现阳性患者,避免医疗纠纷的发生.方法:采用酶联免疫法对输血前患者7318例进行乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg),抗丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体,及抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测.同时应用甲苯胺红颗粒凝集试验(TRUST)进行梅毒的筛选试验.结果:7318例患者中HBsAg阳性患者751例(10.26%),抗-HCV阳性患者210例(2.87%),梅毒阳性患者50例(0.68%),抗-HIV阳性患者5例(0.072%).结论:输血前患者血清感染性指标有一定比例的阳性率,应严加关注.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the positive rates of kinds of infected markers of patients before transfusion and find infected cases as early as possible, avoid the medical dissensions. Methods:7381 cases before transfusion were enrolled. HBsAg, Anti-Hcv and Anfi-HIV were detected by ELISA method. At the same time, TRUST test was used to find Syphilis. Results: the positive rates of HBsAg, Anti-Hcv and Anti-HIV were 10.26%(751 cases), 2.87%(210), 0.68%(50 cases) and 0.072%(5 cases). Conclusion:there are some positive rates about serum infected markers in cases before transfusion, which should be pay more attention to. |
